Delivery Policy
1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the amount of that item from your order, using the original method of payment. Also, we may ask if you would like to substitute with something of equal or greater value, in which case, no refund will be granted.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses within our designated delivery zones for each store. By using our “Delivery Address Check Page” and filling out the information correctly, it should inform you if we delivery to your area. If you are not satisfied with the website results, please call the closest store for clarification.
3. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and the countdown will commence within a minute of your order being placed. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances such as bad weather or poor road conditions, we will make every effort to fulfill your order and have it delivered within the specified time.

Please ensure you give your correct address including apartment number and a valid telephone number.
5. Delivery Charge
Delivery charges are based on the size of the order and the distance from the store. Our website will notify you at checkout of the delivery charge. Additional delivery charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy orders. We will notify you by telephone of any additional charges. Sales tax is applicable to delivery charges.
6. Damaged Product in Transport
